lol claude, nice list cage is good but he is not top 5 he has over 7 bad matchups really, i agree raiden being out of the top 10 list, as players skills evolve raiden is going down on the tier list, raiden is still a good character but he has lost a lot.
as i stated before he is only good if people play his game, raiden depends too much on his opponents making mistakes to win, like wiffing strings, jumping, or just not playing defensive enough, superman can punish wiffs and jumps really good at a range, now people has learned to not go on full strings to avoid this just in case of a random teleport, there was a time when raiden could teleport on reaction to projectiles and still have the advantage on the first hit even tho opponents could block it, now he cant, the nerfs on teleport and ex vblast advantage ruined this character completely.
His best combo strings being interruptable and so much armor on the game plus xrays will make you think about on going on a full string, his f2,4 is still good but its only a 2 hit string and people can check this and make him wiff and go in and full punish alongside with most of his strings, PL and Jwong are not bad raidens at all it is just the character is not good anymore against players who knows how to fight him, NRS listened to the complainers and the character was ruined there was not reason to touch raiden at all he wasnt that beast people thought he was, sorry bwizz i know you are a pro raiden player but is time to face he reality, the thunder god is not that good anymore and not because of how we use him but because his main tools were nerfed =(
