No, because I've seen a lot of people be really surprised when they find out. It's been that way for a long time though.
Am I the only one that didn't know about this?!?!?!?!
Mannn how come I'm just now finding out? Its also possible someone told me before and I forgot, but I dunno. No, because I've seen a lot of people be really surprised when they find out. It's been that way for a long time though.
This is weird because I was practicing her cancels and the computer didnt reversal me. Maybe I am wrong but sometime liu's med strings create gaps between hits if not spaced right. This might also happen to devorah.

The gap appears on max range, as i understand it, as it works with no gap 212 on max range. This is weird because I was practicing her cancels and the computer didnt reversal me. My dream buff is making the initial hit of ex bug spray plus on block and/or comboable with a rc 11b2/212, while extending it gives the normal unsafety, and you are unable to do two sprays in one combo without it knocking down. I'd be fine with a serious chip damage nerf for this. She needs a buff is what's going on
It's not that she's a bad tournament pick, just that the only player that really represents her at high levels is Honeybee. She has some bad matchups, but she's definitely a high tier character. I want to say that Honeybee got 9th at Combo Breaker. I know he lost to Perfect Legend and Red Raptor. He still competes and does pretty well, but if it isn't Bee, you probably won't see a D'vorah.Has D'Vorah been seeing less and less high level tournament play. I only get to see the odd top 4 here and there and never see her. So can anybody tell me if she makes it anywhere near the top 16 anymore. And if not, what makes her such a bad tournament pick. Or is it just a case of other characters work better at high level.
They aren't hard at all actually. Just gotta practiceMaybe if wasp grenade cancels weren't absurdly hard and her other variations weren't poo people would actually play her.
Getting B1 > wasp grenade cancel > 212 to connect is damn hard for me to do even once, let alone consistently. Feels nearly frame perfect with how fast you need to be. F22 into 212 is pretty strict but so much easier than B1.They aren't hard at all actually. Just gotta practice
d4 puddle all dayso how do i play against sub zero? i mean i know generally what beats him, but what are all the things i need to know so i can play the MU like the 7-3 it really is? xD
Don't listen to him, d4 puddle, or puddle Midscreen is death. Punish every clone cancel except f4 clone with f2 or d4. Start of the match is in your favor if you read a d4 and do U3. Reversal db4 will always punish b2 on block. Space him out properly with d3 and d4.so how do i play against sub zero? i mean i know generally what beats him, but what are all the things i need to know so i can play the MU like the 7-3 it really is? xD
i remember hearing something about using ovipositors in response to clones in the corner. is that a thing?Don't listen to him, d4 puddle, or puddle Midscreen is death. Yes. So if a Sub does a kd into clone setup, you can effectively just wakeup with db4 to punish it or make him block and break the clone entirely. Depending on distance, it will be a safe wakeup.i remember hearing something about using ovipositors in response to clones in the corner. is that a thing?
SQ cancels arent THAT bad, the only one i still really need to work on is the b1 cancel, i can do it fine offline but in the middle of a fight online its difficult. So due to literally never seeing a D'vorah in the ~1500 online matches I've played (aside from a couple people who pressed random buttons), I don't really understand what the non-Swarm Queen variations brings to the table. I've seen people say her non-SQ variations are still good so I basically want to know why I would pick them over my mains (CO Sonya, Kitana, and Mileena), how you open people up safely, and how you play them in general.
She's a cool looking character that I want to play but SQ cancels are way too much of a time commitment to learn to get consistently.
I only like doing things I'm consistent at. My success rate on B1 > 212 is like 5-10% and my other cancels aren't 100%.SQ cancels arent THAT bad, the only one i still really need to work on is the b1 cancel, i can do it fine offline but in the middle of a fight online its difficult.
