I doubt it's a launcher, I just noticed in that video you linked that they paused on the move list a couple times and I was able to see that her standing 1 is a 7 frame move. Which could be awesome!

That drone ricochet special is going to play a big part in her BnBs, it staggers the opponent quite a bit. They show a pretty cool combo with it in the reveal trailer.

In case you guys are wondering where I got the rest of the numbers, thank unroolie's recent youtube channel upload that @HeavyNorse just linked.
He uses the mid @1:48 (F412). The 1 in the middle is the overhead.
Because F4 is 0 on block, and the overhead is the second hit, I'd imagine you could use F4 and then immediately go for a low to fuck with people's heads. It's not a true mixup, but fuck that's dirty.
The F412 string is BY FAR Cassie's strongest tool in her core moveset imo.
Add in Dual-Wield cancels on top of that? This character has fucking dirty pressure....
Is it weird that I'm turned on?What makes F4 a 9frame mid that is 0 on block stronger than many people might not realize is that if you are left at 0, -1, or -2 in this game, you still have time walk backwards a bit before your opponent has time to hit you with anything.
If Cassie does a F4 which leaves her at 0 on block, she will have enough time to walk backwards out of range of an opponent's short-ranged fastest poke. If they DO go for their fastest poke and Cassie has them whiff it, she gets a full punish. This will make them fear not going for something fast after F4 so they decide to go for a faster move....
... BUT because Cassie scared you into not doing your fastest poke she could just fucking F41 again to punish because it's 9... frame.... startup.
^^^^This^^^^ is dirty. Seeing this plus the fact she has a couple of other tools that leave her at 0 or +1 on block is a HUGE indicator that she is going to be a rushdown MONSTER.
If you guys thought this was a zoner, guess again. She might have good anti-zoning with low gunshots, but this right here is definitely her gameplan.

They wanted us to believe that Cassie can obliterate not just regular Shinnok, but CORRUPTED Shinnok all by herself in MKX after 20 minutes' worth of experience traipsing around Outworld, but now in MK11 she needs a military drone to do half of the fighting for her against routine jobbers? I feel like a lot of character's strings are negative on block and it makes sense because the neutral normals are what's going to give someone the biggest punish opportunities.In case some of you Cassie fans aren't understand how ridiculously good this is, here's a visual example of how you could have your opponent whiff their fast poke by walking backwards when you are 0 or barely negative is here:

@3:44 Skarlet does it when her D1 is blocked and she walks back and has Johnny miss his D1.
And because F4 is ranged further than all D1s and jabs... she could punish the fuck out of people with no problem at all. She's going to have you terrified to press buttons even when she's negative because of the fear of the walk back.
