Well yes! That's good.., but actually Hawkgirl combos work perfectly on every character! Except her corner ones that SOMETIMES whiff on small characters... And B23 D1~Mace charge only works on big hitboxes, but i changed D1 for D2, it's only -1% of damage, it's super easy and you have more options than Mace Charge

Funny you mention this. I was thinking about sub-ing with this chick to help deal with HG's bad matchups. I hate the fact that I actually have to do this. I'd rather just always play HG (Espio understands this, haha). I'm just an OCV kinda guy, lol. Seriously tho, her bad matchups are just so damn bad. They're winnable yes, but man, the mistakes you make are much more costly and severe than the mistakes made by the character of the bad matchup. Like competent Sinestro's for instance, and once trait is out, wtf man, you're just done, lol.
. Yeah, for sure I love being a character specialist as well. I just wish her match ups versus Deathstroke and Sinestro specifically were more manageable, I'm used to having crappy match ups cause I played Stryker, Jade, and Sheeva in MK9, but it's just frustrating at times.
Well... I would main Zatanna even if she sucks (i doubt that lol) Hawkgirl & Zatanna were my favorite heroes <3 followed by Wnder Woman... Now i am complete <3

I know the feeling. It just seems like HG is getting outshone by every dlc character, aside from lobo. Yeah, it's satisfying to get a win that you actually work for, but doing that time and time again, whereas a bunch of characters can just phone in their dial-a-combos and call it day, gets grating and leaves me feeling spent after a few matches.

Well it seems like at least what I've gathered across the boards that a lot of characters seem to suffer from T-rex ranged normals in this game unfortunately. Zatanna range looks worse than Hawkgirl's and and a lot of other characters imo, but breaks from games always help if you feel burned out.
. I need to get back to studying some more of her match ups as well, looking at Cyborg and Ares cause I have such limited experience versus those characters.
