I feel like Karin and Cammy are almost the same character. I guess Cammy wants to pressure and tick throw more and Karin wants to space and footsie more, but they even share normals.. cr.mp, cr.mk, st.mk, st.lk, both have high walkspeed and dashes, both have DPS but no projectiles. Both have bewbs. Both are high damage, busy, low health characters.

Shrug. I dunno. Just thinking out loud.

I've seen videos on YouTube and twitch and I don't really understand how she resembles guile in anything either.

I was gonna say the same thing. I don't see it either. She's pretty unique. Lots of parries.

I did up all the bnb combos I could figure for her, most of em should be pretty optimal. Her hitconfirms are easy townnnnn.

Mp hail can easily cover all 3 wakeups so unless you fishing for more damage with a bar you should basically end all your meterless combos with it(unless in corner)

I mean that sucks but are alex players really prentending like they used that tech? All they did was complain how it's so hard to do and that was it lul

So everyone is saying Kolin is fun but "not for them" pretty much mean everyone thinks she sucks. I think she is pretty cool though and I will prob learn her and use her as a secondary. Dont know if its just me but the negative edge kills me with her.

I like Kolin but ive had enough trouble sticking to a character, I'ma hold my ground with Karin. Hell, I've totally stopped playing anyone else but her, though I wouldn't mind trying to learn some Cammy since I think they might be secret twins or someshit.

I feel like Kolin is a super polarizing (HA HA DO YOU SEE WHAT I DID THERE AND HOW FUNNY I AM FOR DOING IT LOOK AT ME LOOK AT ME) character.. most people really aren't going to like her a whole lot, but she will strike the right chord in a small number of people they will end up extremely loyal.

I just hope her setups and tech and such don't turn out to be super one dimensional and shallow, and she's the kind of character you can build on over a long period of time.

But srsly. It's really weird that they took the time to change that little oddity and nothing much else..

I wonder if it was tied in to some other beneath the hood change, or some other bug fix, and it wasn't directly fixed, but merely as a consequence of something else. I think that's more likely given how obscure and weird a thing that is to change when, at least to my knowledge, nothing else is being reported as changed except, ya know, Kolin being released.

I don't think it's a huge deal, I was just wondering if it meant there were other stealth changes.

Lol like that one dude that played zangief and he just jabbed his opponent to defeat in ranked I believe, can't remember the guy that was streaming's name.

I imagine it would be super frustrating to lose to something like that. It is honestly probably pretty damn effective vs some characters though.
