It's 53% by starting with B14 instead of B332... so, same damage for low or overhead.

Also, with JIP-Dive kick, and ending with 4-leg grab instead of 124, it's 57% meterless.

Incidentally, i see why someone asked earlier if it was possible to do Jacqui's double EX low rocket. I went back in the lab for a bit and that shit does 25% unscaled damage. Now THAT's broken

That was me who asked And I am able to do double low rocket by pressing db2 instead of db3 for the second ex rocket. It's a bug, and I can't figure out a way to use it in a real combo.
