It needs to be at least +11 to actually Jail into a 10 frame move sadly. I usually just do f4 after a poke on hit it‘s the safest way, highs can be Tricky sometimes because even if s1 is 7 frames you only have 3 frames to hitconfirm it after a +10 on hit poke so mids are my best bet.
No, this works with mids but highs only work if the hit advantage is high enough to actually jail. When you‘re +10 and follow up with a 14 frame high move after it your opponent has 4 Frames to neutral duck it, making it whiff regardless of the hit advantage if it‘s not jailing entirely.

If they're blocking low, B1,3 is hella dangerous as it's unsafe so I don't like to do that unless they're blocking my F4,2 standing. I like to use low gunshot and even if you're close, it's super quick and it always takes them off guard. After a knockdown I go for a throw or another combo, if they're blocking I try to have patience and wait for them to make a mistake so I can continue to tenderize their baby maker. Someone posted that you can jail D4 into F2 1+3 and F2 is already a good advancing move so I use it often to get in since B2,4 has been pissing me off. I think it's my stupid PS4 pad, and I know I should train with my hori pad but I'm so used to the PS4 pad now I don't wanna switch controllers D:
