what are your thoughts as to what this could be? Kombat Pack 2? New skins for the newer kharacters? Finally getting a new netcode? PC version fixes? I (Tim Static) think the picture of the moon means that there is some new Klassic stages coming (The Pit as we reported before here) but post your conspiracy theories here!!

Klassic stages and KP2. Patch was 6gb. It doesn't take 6gb to change some frame data around. I think we downloaded some textures in preperation for DLC content.

There is no reason to add "Hell" stage, because we have Krossroads. The Pit Bottom more likely.

And I don't want to get characters from MK9. Tanya and Tremor are an example of how you can revive characters. Havik, Fujin, Sareena, Reiko. Ok, Smoke, he is great.

"Fixing" a netcode would require starting from scratch and rebuilding the entire game engine. In other word you can't FIX a netcode. You rebuilt it...

Because yeah Netcode is linked to a game engine and you have to build your game around it at the begining of the project. You still wonder why the netcode sux balls after 3 games based on the same engine??
