Why the hell is no one making a bigger deal out of the fact people keep saying she looks cool? Ice powers.. cool.. c'mon.

I wish they'd give details ASAP on the balance patch though. It kinda , hurr hurr, freezes, hurr hurr, the game for some people not knowing what Capcom will fuck up next.

Also, if Alex gets buffed to top tier, I'm either picking him, or quitting. Nothing against you Johnny, lol, but I have HATED that character since he dropped. Like, pure, mind numbing rage. I'd rather fight a hoard of s1 Ken's than a single Alex.

Balance patch and more kolin info. Secretary outfit is like old school James bond hot. I don't fuck with the story or premium costumes. Premium is too similar to Cammy.

She actually looks pretty decent as far as tools. Will have to immediately purchase her story mode or nostalgia costume because the default is horrendous. She seems to have a lot of mobility and defensive options. I wonder how good her pokes will be though.

I'm getting a Decapre/Yang vibe from her rekka game but she is also very unique as far as street fighter characters go with her counters and ice summons.

I called her flurry move. The projectile looks cool. More dhalsim mixups. New jump is cool. The dash thing, I guess the "rekka" part comes after the dash across and that's where she gets that multi-hit punish on Urien. Otherwise it just looks like a dash move with options like Guy. She probably has TC out the ass that didn't look like links.

I *am* a little disappointed in the V-skill parry. We have a lot of those it feels like. I mean, I guess we really dont, Ryu and Akuma, but *shrug*.

I know this is probably a noob as fk question but I am seriously having trouble with the special moves that have the motion bf and either a kick or punch.

I can do them fine if I walk backwards holding Back for maybe 2 seconds then pressing Forward and it comes out.

But what I'm having problems with is M. Bison Double scissor kick thing; how am I meant to do this in a combo if I have to hold back for a second or two?

Any help is appreciated pls I need to git guud

Practice this: hold down back (diagonal), wait about 2 seconds, cr.mp xx scissor kick. So you press F+K after that cr.MP hits.

Then practice st.HK, cr.MP xx Scissor kick. You can start charging right after you press st.HK.

The thing is you have to previsive everything with charged characters. I would suggest always hold b, d,db, every time. I don't know Bison, but when you start the first input of a combo/linker immediately hold back so you are charging the whole time. It takes lots of practice if you are not use to it. Vespercade explains it in on of his videos.

Primarily? He's chooseable at the character select screen and allowed to do anything once the match starts.

So, honestly I don't know wtf my deal with Alex is. I spend every Alex match just slowly spinning in a CC state until Im stunned which literally takes one combo and a couple normals, or watching his idiotic lariat bounce off my guard and deep sighing because I now have to guess whats going to follow and if I guess wrong it just repeats and I get to do it again until he finally a) goes for a command grab and b) I manage to guess correctly that he's going for that command grab. Alex can still braindead AA you in to a 50/50 that causes the above situation and loop to begin anew. On top of the constant guessing and trying to predict he can throw in a tracking command grab that's not easy to react to online if he ex's it, not to mention he can mix it up with his stomp which I have neutral jumped on reaction and STILL BEEN AA'D. his normals for me, are impossible to time. I feel like I can NEVER hit a button without getting CC'd and he can hover WAY back and fish with these huge normals I can't get past. Once he scores a hit, it's always a CC due to his vskill and then the above mentioned guessing game begins. He does HUGE damage off anything he touches you with and if you can AA his god damn j.rh you know secrets I don't.

I know Alex is low tier. I know he's bad. I know his whole game plan is one dimensional and he had slow. normals and whatever. I don't care. I have played vs Alex more, WAY more, than any other character. As a matter of fact I'd wager if you took every match vs every character that isn't Alex and added them all together , my matches vs just Alex would be equal to or greater than that number. And I lose. And lose . And lose. At this point it's a mental block, I hate him and i despise playing against him. He is the absolute least fun I can have in this game.

I have the same prob with alex he wrecks my booty. I think it is a tough matchup for sim though. Once I am in the corner and he baits my vreversal its stun city and I am pissing blood (but that is from the surgery I just got out of)
