There are 3 characters I hate in SF. Sim, guile, and blanka. Can't stand playing as/against them can't even stand to look at em. I prefer to beat them as hard as I can with the most disrespectful thing I can and then to not respond to my opponents GG or if it's old school and we're in the arcade to not shake their hand or acknowledge their existence in anyway.

Damn lol, well you better watch out for my week 3 sim when I learn how to tech throws and punish moves I cant even lab against :DOGE

Looking for 5 bars only - Matched with Mika from Jamaica.... Lets see how this goes.

Update: Teabags then ragequit. yay.
Update 2: Matched with the same guy again. Ragequits after losing the 1st round.

Update 3 : Matched up again... I let him win the first round then beat him, ragequit again.
Fuck it, SF5 had its chance and blew it. I'm done trying to take this game seriously.

Capcom needs to realize that people rarely say or blog what they really think.

In going simple, they need do so in execution - not in dynamics. MKX is living proof that balance is less important than dynamic and compelling exchanges.

More Ass and Tits for MK11
So played the game for about an hour now, think I'm gonna stick with Cammy and maybe a bit of Bison.
Coming from MKX on PS4 pad this game seems impossible to perform special moves and combos, especially Cammy's rising kick thing (think it's like b,f,diagonal,f)?
Is it just practicing over and over again or should I be using a different controller? Or even the analog on the PS4 pad?
Any help is appreciated lol.

The dp is just forward, down, down +forward.

Can also do it as f, d, df, f. Or df, d, df.

Pad is doable just practice. Evo champs, capcom cup champs, and the #1 on the leaderboard all use pad.

I have no advice for using Cammy because I just picture what I want and it comes out. Its hard for me to envision any executional barriers with her.

I take back what I said about Juri being mid tier. This character is still trash until Infiltration teaches us how to use her

Urien has so much depth, so many options, his obviously good and this makes him a 'fun' character. You are so limited with what you and can't do with Juri that she's actually boring

Dont use the analog stick. You just need to learn the thumb 'slide' to catch your diagonal inputs. Trust me, you are fine on pad, like 100% fine. As mentioned, some of the best players on the planet play pad, there is no disadvantage. You just have to practice a little. Thing is, once it clicks, it'll stay clicked, ie once you get the hang of it it wont ever really trouble you again. As to regular combo timing of normals and such.. there is a huge window to input them, again, just practice until you get used to the timing and it'll come easy as pie afterwards. Timing and cancel windows are almost identical across characters too so once you get it down you can jump from one character to another and pick up their basic BnBs really easily.

Are some characters a lot higher execution than others? @GAV @FL Rushdown
