Yeah I mean, on block, it'd just take me to land 10 arrows to do what Harley does with 1 gun on block. Huh.or maybe they had enough sense to know that attack should not do too much damage. harley's guns are the same way. they only do 4% on hit, 1% something chip, and they hit high. there are some dumbos whining they should do more damage and hit mid but no one understands it's just supposed to be a pesky move.
4 bars for 45%, provided you never used meter at all and miles harder to land than say, Sups super. I don't know man.It's okay cossner, at least he has a safe Overhead tracking teleport.... oh wait
well maybe he has a 13 frame 3/4 screen punish.... oh wait...
maybe he has a safe low combo launching slide... oh wait....

Hurricane Bow is useful.. if they're about to die... it's full combo punishable on block.The arrows do not need to be buffed...the low crouch buff was enough. The chip is fine.
I agree with NRS on all of the damage/chip that the arrows do.
If you are trying to "chip" somebody out...Hurricane bow, 5% chip.
Say you're up close, 22 low arrow, d1 hurricane bow, can't interrupt it.
Also, I do this a lot. If I need the last bit of damage, I will pull out elect arrow and wait for them to panic jump, if you have decent reactions, you can match their jump and punish them accordingly.
He's not really a "zoner", which I'm thankful for because when it comes down to it, I can't zone to save my life.
And it can be interrupted by characters with 6 frame d1s.
Dude, chip is not fine. How can batman sit down all day throwing batrangs while I have to block them, while I do the same damage he does with 1 batrang on block throwing 30 arrows on block?
