konqrr, your one of the most amazing players, I've ever played against. I've been into MK heavily since MKII hit the arcades. I've stumbled onto this site awhile before UMK3 was released for xbla.
Anyway, obviously we play to win, when it comes to playing rank matches. If it comes to a point where I know I have no sturdy offense or defense against a player, and it's always 2 matches in their favor, I tend to stay away from that player for awhile until I can re-stratagize my skills.
I come from Massachusetts, and in my area, we used to have UMK3, and I killed anybody that versed me. I had it for the Saturn, and had Trilogy for PSX. Growing up with it, I've studied how collision box's work, and I'm known as one of the best players to do *AA.HP* to people on xbla.
When I play, I play to demolish the opponet. Big combos, juggles, etc, etc. The thing that gets me so aggravated, is the chip damage people use. You can't do anything to get away from it, I swear, everybody knows when your ready to unblcok to try to do a D+LK move, or some sort of offensive move. So you say why does this aggravate me? Simple. It's never been done to me in my entire 11 years of playing UMK3. I've played this game for 11 years, and I'm being housed by baiting, and other sneaky tactics. You've done this to me countless times, and you know exactly when to strike.
I'm not a lamer, and i'm not a noob. I dont posses the chip damage fighting tactics that many of you guys have here. And If someone I play . against doesnt know that chip damage, it's a brutal battle
Anyway, next time I see you, I'll be ready. My not accepting someones match is no dissrespect to that person. It's because I don't feel ready to compete with that opponet.
I love this site, I love the competition. I met alot of nice people on xbla, and have terrific matches with them.
Well, that's it for my rambling. Konqrr, I'm sorry.
