ALL I HAVE IS THE GREEN.
The throw is not real oki from what I heard he gets nothing off of the throw that forces you to block. Maybe in the corner if you you nothing invincible to wake up with.

Disclaimer: I am not a lab guy so anything I say could be completely false lol.
Not off a throw midscreen but on some other knockdowns it seems like you could dash twice and then throw/instant air gale and it's kind good for sim because is gale is plus and airborn so it's gonna beat the tech or be plus if I block. I need to lab it or find a video...

Normalize grab immunity.
This times one million. I feel like 'maintenance' is when they reboot the early 2000's Compaq Presario desktop with the the 15in. CRT display that serves as primary server for the CFN network. All the spy and adware from years of the dev staff downloading and watching hentai and loli porn makes it take FOREVER to reboot.
Don't forget the rootkits that they're so fond of over there.

Delayed points/fm and replays being uploaded, these can interfere with your game especially as they can cause mini freezes and rollback while playing.
Are you serious? Capcom shat the bed so hard. Can we just skip to USFV?

Its mind boggling isnt it? The level of general ineptitude surrounding V is almost funny. It WOULD be funny if I wasnt trying to become invested with this god damn game.

Ok is that diving knee from Urien an OH? Also is it punishable on block?
It's an overhead. It depends on the knee used. For LK Knee it's only punishable if the knee lands where the head/torso is (-4 or 5 don't remember). It's +2 on block if it hits low. Similar to divekicks in that they can be + or safe when spaced properly.

EX Knee is +1 when hit high and +6 at the lowest point.

Also opinions, Daigo went 0-6 at topanga league a couple days ago, is it him slipping on his gameplay or is it ryu's s2 nerfs?
I've been watching his replays and as a Ryu main, Ryu neutral is trash against the top 5. He's been trying to be hella aggressive up close but the risk reward is not worth it because if you get caught you get punished then get reset to neutral where its an uphill battle to get back in. Plus he doesn't have his throw loop even though hella characters still do so there no real mixup anymore in the corner, so theres no more real mental game. Then midscreen standing lk is F tier so moves that where combo punishable aren't anymore. Comes down to making hard reads and playing flawlessly especially at a high level where gimmicks are not a gameplan.

In all honesty, Daigo hasn't been playing at that top tier caliber we're used to him playing since the game dropped. Tokido consistently placed better than him during S1, and if I'm not mistaken, Daigo was missing quite a few top 8 finishes. Ryu getting nerfed the way he did isn't helping Daigo any, either.

It's not the nerfs. He was clearly trying to play different from how he usually does. Now it could be that he feels ryu HAS to play differently, but I'd put my money on him just going in specifically to experiment.
