yes, but when they play with no reason or pattern how are you downloading them? Just like I can't predict the next number in a random sequence you can't predict the next move of a random player. Stop calling people random just cause they beat you with a character you dislike.

as far as I know the only people I play vs that play "random" are people that I've beat. When someone beats me I'd like to think I'm good enough that they didn't do it on accident.

Not sure about AMD, but nVidia has Shadowplay as part of its GeForce Experience software.
Gief isn't too bad execution wise. The hardest thing is cr. LP into Critical Art but that's not even that bad.
every character has easy execution in sfv. Only exception might be chun. Even then she'd be low execution if you've ever played a game like marvel or guilty gear.
