Finally, I'm gonna play devil's advocate and say the SCO|NWO matchup is indeed 5-5. Not that I don't agree with Slips reasoning (it's all very accurate), but what I think he's forgetting that Scorpion has less tools that are viable at jump-distance than Nightwolf (Shoulder and Hatchet are two that come to mind).
EDIT: By viable, I mean something that isn't extremely dependent on reading your opponent.
