Make d1 have no pushback and not combo into breath, and make the gap on b12 breath 9f, then we'll see who actually knows how to play supergirl, and who is just face mashing their pads. (which is all of them btw)

Or make breath only able to be meter burned on hit.
Slow down the lasers and make b123 -6 not -4

IDC, if they can butcher deadshot like that, supergirl can get rekt too. Shes everywhere, no weakness, super strong if you dont know how to play the game, and super annoying to play against even if you do know how to play the game. Doesnt encourage any sort of solid fundamental play despite the fact thats what her design looked to be based on.

I agree with your nerfs but hating on players whatthefuck. I don’t hate on any players or their playstyles. Didn’t hate on pre patch mileena or tarkatan players, I hated the character. To say someone doesn’t have fundamentals because of who they play I can’t respect that, even if they’re one of my favorite to watch.

You are missing the point entirely.

This character rewards the player for mashing being disrespectful. It doesn't matter how fundamentally solid you are, you will get better results just mashing after everything.

She promotes poor gameplay, he isn't hating on the players specifically, just what the character encourages them to do.

He said we all face mash our pads. SG isn’t the only character that rewards disrespect. Why does starfire poke out of -2, or robin out of -11, or catwoman out of everything? Idk about others, but I block after b123. When playing other SGs I’ve become pretty consistent with punishing normal breath

im guessing you think red hood is top 3, but i highly disagree. My top 3 would be Supergirl, Black Adam, and Catwoman. Adam is just too strong.

Adam is very good, but he doesn't have the solid defensive capabilities of, say, Wonder Woman. His offense *is* his defense. Coming from a Scarecrow main, Adam gets bullied and rushed down hard. He also doesn't build a lot of meter in neutral so he usually doesn't have the resources to pushblock. Again, he's very good, but he's not as well rounded as some other top tiers.

Adam is very good, but he doesn't have the solid defensive capabilities of, say, Wonder Woman. His offense *is* his defense. Coming from a Scarecrow main, Adam gets bullied and rushed down hard. He also doesn't build a lot of meter in neutral so he usually doesn't have the resources to pushblock. Again, he's very good, but he's not as well rounded as some other top tiers.

- B123 go to -5 or -6 with more recovery

- Decrease damage by 5 to 10%

I think NRS nerfed him just fine without breaking him (I'm looking at you, Arthur Curry) or making him op (I'm looking at you female Kryptonian).

How does cheetah promote random gameplay? If you play against fundamentally sound players you will get eaten alive for doing random things with her, believe me. Cheetah is not at all random if you want to play her seriously, actually you need to make really good reads with her to get anything going and have good reactions. Just look at revets gameplay and tell me he just does whatever.
Also Superman is kinda braindead because of f23, but again on higher lvl most people don't really see him as a problem I think.

never said he was broke, he just needs some adjustments. His mb divekick needs to be -4 no matter where it hits and needs to be a lil slower and black magic being a fullscreen 1 bar 40% is kinda ridiculous. Either make it more unsafe or make it slower or if they dont adjust that they should nerf some of the plus frames he has.
