We are pleased to announce that Namco Bandai Games and MadCatz will be added as sponsors to the Northeast Championships. Namco Bandai will be providing over $1,500 in prizes and giveaways for players in the Tekken 6 and Soul Calibur 4 tournaments. MadCatz will also be providing over $1,500 in prizes for tournaments and giveaways. Almost "glad" i'm not going to NEC at this point. i am sick as shit and if i had gotten a plane ticket etc, it might have been in vain. and thats not good. oy.

If there is any way possible for me to hook up anyone here with a discounted priced MadCatz stick I will let you guys know. They will apparently be VERY cheap.

For me personally, I'm dedicating this weekend to a man named Eric. He is responsible for me being here today and all the years of UMK/MK4 back in the arcade days. Without him i wouldn't be here or have the love/passion for MK that i do. And for what its worth, i hope its the same Eric responsible for Shock getting good at MK also. I have a feeling it is. Anyway, Eric. This one's for you.

I am going to be talking to Eric about a few things. I am hoping and want to become much MORE involved with NEC. We shall see.

I only have a few brief moments before I have to go to work... but when I get back I will post full results for MK2, UMK3, KI, and MKDC. Unbelievable tournament... just wow.

About to go pass out, I will make my shout outs later. Just wanted to say Marv is such a beast at UMK3. The competition was insane, I had to fight Li Joe, Shock, Marvin, DC HUSTLE and REO. lmaoooooo
