Hi, all! I play mostly staff nightwing ( pressure <3 ) and I'm dumbing down my combos so that I can stay right up next to them.

So, my current, very simple staff bnb is 1f1 enhanced db2, j.2 st.3 down3, which leaves them in a fixed knockdown (or whatever the term is) close enough to jump in on, f3, or whiff the 1 in another 1f1. I'm curious, any ways to add more to that while keeping the principle behind the ender the same?
 
I've just started fooling around with Nightwing, and while I get that 112 might be somewhat better for straight up pressure, and F213 would generally be better (or d1, d2) to open someone up, why are there no meterless 40% corner carry combos in the OP, and do people simply hate B1,1? I came here looking to find something that was just as easy, or maybe even easier than what I found by myself in about ten minutes of training mode and the closest I've found are somewhat similar combos posted by others that haven't been put into the OP yet.

A lot of times, every once in a while in a match I like to use starterxxdf2 f3 j2 223 and then dash and wait for the crossup flipkick to catch them off guard. What's a good combo to use after a MB DB3 (flipkick)?
 
oh btw. I started messing around with green lantern a little bit and I'm putting up a combo vid in a few minutes, look it up in the GL section if you're interested
 
I don't know if it's just me, but I can't get the second J3 to land. He is too far away after DF2.
the timing is indeed a little strict. you have to land the 3 with them as high up in the air still as possible you know? just look at this video I made you can see better then I could explain it now...and I tested it on big and small characters it works on all but yes, timing is strict

second combo is the one you're looking for

and btw. when you get the timing down, you can also SLIGHTLY delay the wing dings at the end for an extra 1% lol

MB flipkick f3 j2 f213 xx 4 xx db 3

in the corner (after a cross up that connected, I use MB flip kick to put them back in the corner)
MB flipkick f3 late j3 112 xx df 2 113

I find that b3 after MB flip kick a bit inconsistent

How much damage is it without the J2, F213? When I flipkick, B3, J2, 2, DF2, J3, DB1, I get 35%.

To stay in Escrima you can do MB flipkick, F3, J2, F213xxDF2 for pretty much the same damage.

F213~MB Flipkick, b3, j3, walk forward f213~flip kick.
39% and leaves you right on him.
The B3 can be tricky sometimes, f3 is easily hit and results in minimal damage loss.

Just to clarify, not trying to be a dick or anything, it's a great combo!

If anyone has trouble doing the b3 afterwards (the timing is a little wonky)

you can do F213~MBFlipkick (cross up on block btw) F3 J2 F213~flip kick OR 4~Staff Spin

It's 43% very right timing on the MB staff spin
