America is the wealthiest nation in the world, but that wealth goes upwards, not downwards, but you're right that even those at the bottom benefit off the products made by labor shipped out to other countries and done in horrid conditions with slave wages, which in turn affects that nation's poor. The answer is a shotgun: one barrel to take out the billionaires strangling the world's economy, the other to break the chain of slave labor that these companies abuse in order to fill the world with their products.
America is a deeply evil nation that polices the world through sanctions, political subterfuge masquerading as justice, and supplying weapons and training to deranged fascists and military juntas.
