There's a ton of characters that don't get that much damage without trait or meter..

My main, Arrow, gets the same damage he does (with more effort) for meterless traitless kombos.

Out of the characters I know these are the characters that get "shit" damage without meter or trait: Raven, Deathstroke, Arrow, Flash, Doomsday.

These are just the ones I know of too.

Alright after further experimentation in the lab with Scorpion, this is all he needs.

Scorpion:
+Taller/Higher hitbox on Trait (turns out that it is possible to do things like MB~Spear B3 j.3 Tele xx Trait 112 Tele, but it requires some tricky timing because of Trait's hitbox. Heck, I could care less if it whiffed on neutral crouching characters, just so it can be used more reliably in combos).
+Better scaling off of MB Spear (it is absolutely awful that B3 j.3 Tele xx Trait 112 Tele gets scaled so badly after an MB Spear to point that a naked B3 will do more damage than any launcher string into MB Spear into B3).

For Joker and Lobo, how about these changes for them?:

Joker:

• Fix Joker's 2,1,2 and f2,3,2 strings so they cannot be ducked
• Either add more hitstun to b1 or decrease startup on Rolling Laughing Gas. Allow Joker to combo into RLG from B1
• Change f2 into an overhead
• Change f2,1 into a mid
• Make Crowbar slightly safer on block

Now with Joker's trait I've come up with several changes, this doesn't mean I want Joker to have ALL of these changes, I'm just listing potential changes his trait could have.

Joker Trait:

• 1f startup
• Some invincibility on wakeup
• Allow trait to parry jump in attacks. This won't be OP, it will just make people learn about the world of empty jumping.
• With each "HA" Joker receives, his dash speed (and maybe dash distance as well) slightly increases.
• With each "HA" Joker receives, he has a chance to become invincible while being juggled by an opponent until he hits the ground. Meaning he has a chance to completely drop out of an opponent's combo. 1 HA = 10%, 2 HA = 15%, 3 HA = 20% chance

Lobo:

• Slightly decrease startup on b2
• Change 1,1,3 into an Overhead
• Add more invincibility to Hook Charge on wakeup
• Allow MB Hook Charge to activate MUCH sooner
• Give Party Crasher slightly more priority
• Lower Lobo's Vertical Hurtbox while dashing forward
• MAYBE Extend Hook Charge's Chain Vertical Hixbox to the tip of the chain. This will hit anyone directly above Lobo's Head.
• MAYBE Change df1b into an overhead

Lobo's Trait:

• Decrease Trait Activation time
• Give all Nuclear Shell Shots armor breaking properties. df1, df1b, df1d, f21, 213, b3, f3
• Allow Nuclear Shell Low Shots to float the opponent toward Lobo instead of away.

I completely agree. What was the point of your first reply then? I only suggested nerfs for Superman which in my opinion won't damage the character. It is my opinion only. Any case there was no need for your sarcastic reply. Whatever NRS does to him won't matter much to me. I will simply switch to who in my opinion is the next top character. Either Black Adam or Aquaman or whoever. It is really lame that people seem to want to change this game to only benefit themselves. It is detrimental to this game and no matter how everyone of the hypocrites on this site stated they didn't want mk9 all over again it seems that this is what we are once again getting. This will always be a world of self proclaimed game developers.

EDIT: its pretty evident that most of you lack experience with alot of the cast at a high level, and you shouldn't be putting out suggestions for them to NRS

seriously, the nightwing, DS, Flash and GL suggestions are the some of the biggest fails i've ever seen (also lol more arrow nerfs)

If you're going to take that out, he needs some sort of damage buff then. It takes about 4 to 5 right guesses to get a life bar, if you even go for the hkd and arrow load

I feel that Raven is a top 10 character, and top 10 characters don't need buffs. I'd be happy if she received them, shit give me dem buffs lol. But in my opinion she doesn't honestly need buffs. Maybe just a strong d2 buff, that's about it. I'd be extremely happy if Raven got a d2 buff, but I don't want to be greedy

I see no comment for cat woman. One thing I would like fixed is her evade. It evades some projectiles and not others ( for example any projectile from BA, Batman grapple, etc). Maybe MB it to cancel recovery and allow you to dash in an evaded projectile. That may be too good though.

Hit it mid match midscreen everytime. I feel a lot safer going 2 1~ex pound because it's much easier to guarantee the combo.
