Having full trait as Supergirl occurs far less than having meter, and it's still an entire resource you're using just for the sake of decent damage off of a J2 MB teleport which is super risky.

Their traits aren't even comparable? Supergirl can choose to zone/counter-zone with lasers or check people with air lasers, or use the entire bar to add damage to a combo.

Good. Adam's and Superman's traits are not tied to a meter and exist for the sole purpose of increasing their damage. Supergirl either has to commit to using her entire resource bar to deal extra damage during combos or to deal great chip, or use it for the purposes I previously stated. Is it so difficult to understand?
Admittedly, I made only a cursory glance at the thread but I didn't see any mention of using instant jump 2 as a neutral tool. Mostly mentions of setups or occasionally punishes using jump 2. Moreover, there does not appear to be any dedicated thread for the use of jump 2. I personally don't see any harm in reiterating previously discovered tech while also introducing something new. It helps put the new tech into context with what has already been discussed. Perhaps you could argue that the inclusion of the word "new" in the title carries the implication that everything mentioned is new and groundbreaking. Though there isn't any reason to go that far unless you really want to be right that badly.

Maximizing damage isn't a BnB. A BnB is your most practical and common combo for your character. Also, you're almost never going to use MB trait in any combo unless it's going to kill, so again, not a BnB.
