Okay, just going by first impressions Kenshi is kind of retarded. He has an overhead special which can hit the opponent from anywhere on screen, his spirit projectile recovers extremely quickly on block, tracks the opponent from full screen, and does a lot of chip. His x-ray acts as both a reflect and a projectile. He has a spirit shoulder-charge special which goes half screen and looks like a very good zoning tool.

Up close, he has two very quick command overheads, a low combo starter, and a tricky dial-combo that can end either high (into a combo) or low (into a knockdown). In the corner, I just landed 5 reps of his up-sword launcher special.

Well I'm still trying to figure his second fatal out, got a nice 39% meterless combo down, and a low-starting 30ish% one, his projectile game is neat, his x-ray basically hits anywhere on the screen

Feels more like a zoning character

As a Sub-Zero player, I see similarities. 30-40% combos pushing to the corner, than mix-up games that keep him there. I think Sub players should try him and see how close they are. Seeing as i have Xbox however, this is based off reports from PSN owners.

lol You're either a troll or down right garbage at the game to say that Skarlet sucks. She is A+ tier easy. Maybe even S tier with that pushback dagger cancel pressure.

Plus why would NRS try to sell bad low tier characters when they can make way more money by selling broken good characters? Think about it..
