Princess Trollestia here just likes teasing people and never actually contributing anything. It's fun, but please don't take it as serious as he does.
Honestly if there's something worth doing, I'm sure between Death, Pig, Reo, Jer, Zero, and HelterSkelter, we'll find everything that really needs to be known.
Triple Boys, 1man, PickleProjectile, and XXZ too. Sorry if I forgot anyone else...these are the players who really made the guide good.

If you want to win at tourneys with mileena or in general I suggest listening to Mr Mileena or Death

Reo doesnt play Mileena anymore, he has said this millions of times so unless Mileena has a gas mask and a NDC then leave his name out of it, he gets annoyed with this

Please stop trolling Mr mileena who is a great player and ranked 11th according to National Fighting Game rankings who plays an exceptional Kitana, the only worthwhile mentioning Sindel (also runway mafia honestly) and a damn good Mileena.

I wouldnt provoke mr mileena, he'd baby me in a tourney when pissed off or pay someone too lol

Dismissing someone's input on a character just strikes me as egotistical, not to mention ignorant. Players in a community who take the time to provide their hands-on knowledge on a character should be welcomed and regarded for their commitment and effort, not turned away from a community that needs all the growth it can get. I can vouch for Mr. Mileena when I say that he knows what he's talking about as a Mileena player, despite that he's more known for his Kitana.

Don't doubt Mr. Mileena at all.

1. Jump kick~air sai, follow with normals/grabs/specials
2. U4, follow with normals/grabs/specials
3. EX Telekick~air sai, follow with normals/grabs/specials
There are her only three frame traps.
You can even arguably U4, Instant Air Sai because U4 is +9 on block!

We'd make a list of characters, their unsafe moves, and how to best punish them with Mileena. I'm starting one as we speak, but any and all help/input would be appreciated. I can help, for example,
Scorpion: B2 and spear blocked = 2,3 4,2 or roll depending on distance. Teleport is up+4. If you dodge a spear at near full screen, you can get a roll/teleport. If you jump and see a hellfire, you can teleport.
That's it for him.

Ugh... started testing Skarlet punishes, and it turns out her teleport is completely safe to Roll depending on which stance Mileena's in. And her normals are so god-awfully slow she has NOTHING to punish with that's faster than Roll... (which of course gets you killed if it's blocked).

I always thought roll should be faster by a couple frames if they wanted her to have normals slower than 13 frames... but no.

so "salty".
