Kano and Rain in bottom ten I disagree with. Rain is a contender for second best male Ninja, so I don't see how he would be bottom ten when regular Sub Zero isn't even mentioned.

@ Zero, Yeah i have to change my Mileena punishment guide around. I posted that in theory but at Swifttomhanks house that weekend i tested most of it and some stuff in what i posted was safe because of pushback reasons etc...

Yeah I thought some of that was weird. lol, if only she could punish all that stuff with D4/Roll...

IMO i think the top tier has 4 characters and they are Kabal, Kitana, Jax and Sonya in no particular order.

Mileena, Kung Lao, Raiden, Smoke, Kenshi, Freddy, Cyrax and Reptile would be in the 2nd highest tier. IMO i think those 12 characters are the top 12 characters in the game.

Ill post the bottom 10 characters. I know off topic but I'd like to hear what people think of the 10 worst characters in the game IMO. In no order i think the 10 worst is Jade, Skarlet, Sheeva, Stryker, Baraka, Quan Chi, Nightwolf, Kano, Cyber Sub-Zero, Rain.

Your top 4 are almost exactly how I see it, except I would put Raiden as 4th top tier and Sonya would round out at 5th. KL , Smoke and Cyrax in no order as the next three (6, 7, and 8) possibly Freddy, but don't know all his matchups. Maybe Kenshi/Cage. THEN the Mileenas, the Reptiles, and the Scorpions.

So IMO, top 12 for sure, maybe top 10, but not near the top 5. Why so low for Rain? He's very good from what I've seen.

Mileena doesn't need to do any more damage in her combos. You can combo off of almost every single time you hit someone.

kitana already has armor on ex back the ass up

but id love armor on ex neckbite,no more using 3 bars to get out of frame traps, but dont think mk9 will see another buff/nerf patch (which prob a good thing in alot of ways)

XD I know but I was thinking of an armored move on ground. If they put armor on her Ex Pretty, make it hit mid, the Ex being overhead - then there will finally be use for the move. I rarely see Kitana players online use it, doesn't exist for Kitana players.

imo thats a really bad idea,she doesnt need it in any shape or form,just because a move isnt super usefull doesnt mean you have to buff it to the ends of the earth

baraka ex chop is a useless waste of a bar as u cant juggle like with normal chop and only does a few % more (with no armor)
some moves are just not worth meter and thats just way it is

His Ex Chop Chop is good as a wake-up attack on jumpers and dashers towards you. I forget how much damage it does.

normal chop does 11% and can be link to d4~charge for 21% or d4~xray for 42%
ex chop does 17% and cant be linked to anything and costs a bar of meter

it does not have any armor properties and has the same startup frames so there is no reason not to use normal chop instead

o on block but also 0 on hit. cant combo link with special for combo
slow startup aswell, dont want to say this useless normal as i thought this before about b2 until b2 reset was found,
so anyone got any ideas?

LOL i just noticed something, dunno if anybody else has noticed but just played with mileena in the desert stage and i used the costume3 (ones with the bandages) so what im trying to say mileenas skin color is almost the same as the map, making mileena 'hard to see' and the projectlies are also light :O i know shes not invisible but i think she has advantage on that stage and with that costume.

desert stage lags TERRIBLY so i dont see picking that stage a adv at all,
if it comes up in random in a tourny i ask to go back to the select screen, surprised it hasnt been banned along with hell.
same with costume 3, it lowers mileenas hitbox even more so i think it shouldnt be able to be used.
if im at a tourny i ask the TO can i use it,if they say yeah im like what a idiot,im getting a adv from a different costume and its pretty different than robots/human costumesthing

yea remember the days when people said she was the best in the game
win anymore? sure what majors was she winning in the 1st place haha
maybe if people didnt bitch so much about her back then she might of got something that would help her now (eg armor on ex neckbite)

i think the whole counter pick thing is being blown up a bit though,like a 4-6 isnt that bad that u have to learn a new char to get by,makes it easier sure but not the only solution

although who else besides kabal would you think suit mileena as alt? (i cant NDC all day like some people and i have the handicap that ill only play a char if i like them )
i have the smoke MU covered with baraka anyway

ahh i did not know this, but i play online, se theres no rules with stages, but i just noticed its kinda hard to see mileena in that stage. thanks for the info tho

Sorry in your 15th january post you said Mil was top 5 or 6th, what went wrong since then?

On a side note, what happened with the magic tech mr mileena and pig where teasing for 10 pages not so long ago?

not to come off all "ive been done this for ages" but i did know about this, if the opp tech rolls your dash puts them right in there face,
you can also do it after B3,4 if you knock them down on there front rather than on there back,
no free rolling away from pressure if with the dash if they techroll that either
