you know whats weird? They still don't have the battle damage on in these vids. I wonder if thats an ESRB thing.

There's a little bit of battle damage, look at Bane's mask when Batman knees him during his super....I definitely don't notice it anywhere else though.

yeah, even at the very end when bane is "down" it looks like his cords are pretty fucked up in the back, I'm guessing they chopped this footage together from several battles. Which is a shame, cause I would love to see the "directors cuts".

Anyways I loved everything else about it. Stage transitions, the combos....everything. Batman looks more intriguing than I thought, probably won't play him though.

It wouldn't be an NRS game if the characters didn't look like spastic mongoloids after losing a match.

I never said "only". It's not smart to Market to one set of people "genius". But the bottom line is, when dealing with "Fighting Games", they are considered risky because they USUALLY cater to a small certain crowd. A company like DC/Warner Bros. is not a company who makes "niche" products. As a "Developer" you should know that. Unless you've never dealt with a major company.

I think Harley just earned a few "mainable" points in this video. Wasn't that hype about her before, but her combos are sickest i've seen so far.

Because TOs really want more things to make events longer. Yea it's only about 15 seconds, but if that happens 300 times at a tournament, then you are looking at about an hour and a half of time wasted. on top of button checks, you are losing over 2 hours of time.

Speaking as a TO, I do not want that.

No they need to be in regardless of what you want. It will add more excitement to the game pro matches can get pretty stale fast and there like 2-3sec each where the fuck are you getting 15 secs from..Counting secs isn't that hard

Bane: Not bad, a little slow and short limbs for my taste but hopefully we get breakdown videos soon that reveal more normals, strings and specials.

Harley: Cool character, fun looking combos, still want to know more

Wonder Woman: I'd still like to see what each of her stances offer, she seems alright a little too straight forward for my tastes but she might have a lot more depth

Overall, good videos. Just hope we get some new character gameplay as well as some in depth stuff rather than cinematic presentations like this.

They need to add some talking to Bane, right now he's all grunts, which would be fine, if he didn't do his pattented backbreaker. He really should say "I WILL BREAK YOU!" when he drops his opponent on his knee. Other than that, he's a pretty scary looking character. I wonder if that charge is blockable.

Tournaments are meant for the competitors first and foremost. The stream comes second if there is one. The players are there to win and improve, not for you to be an amused stream monster. The hype comes from good reads and comebacks, not a random video break from gameplay.

I was rounding up, but both stage transitions is roughly 11 seconds, so I don't know where you get your 2-3 seconds from.

Remember, this is an opinion from a tournament organizer. Tranisitions and stuff are a neat little way to add depth for a casual player, but it should not be in an organized event.

Good videos. The Battle Arena's final round will be Batman vs. Superman, calling that name. Hurdydurdyduhr. But, as long as I keep seeing new character footage, it's all good.

Those stage transitions, though... I'm 99% sure they'll happen way less in competitive play just because they won't be advertising, so there's that.

Don't get your hopes up, we won't. I wager this is literally the last we'll see of Bane or Harley until release, unless there's another story trailer happening (which I doubt) or they get used a punching bag in someone else's reveal.

Those weird camera angles throw me off. I hope they somehow get rid of it. Overall good stuff. Bane looks slow but then again he is a power character. I saw he has a air grab? Batman looks fun. That one combo towards the end was nice. He seems like rushdown character. Wonder Woman and Quinn was also a food video. So it appears Wonder Woman has 2 stances. One with the shield and the other without it.

Injustice is very fast paced so I'm sure 11 sec of ST isn't any thing to cry about. Also LBSH ST would and will be the ultimate crowd hyper add that to Comebacks/Combos/supers it just raises the excitement bar there is no reason for ST to not be allowed in tournies
