when someone comes within an inch of beating someone on a 7-3 or 8-2 matchup like 16 bit then you know what fundamentals can do because obviously you don't.

Noob is one from the good zoners, Cyrax does biggest damage but not have mixups or zoning. Cyrax sucks to S+, S, A+.

Cyrax have great damage, but the game is not determined only damage in combo

A game can be determined by one net, into a 60% unbreakable combo. Meaning that if Cyrax gets one net on you when Cyrax has 3 bars, he can pull off over 60% combo damage even if you have a breaker you can't breaker it. And if you don't have a breaker Cyrax has 100% combos that he can do...

Fundamentals> tiers doesn't exist in this topic. Tier lists are comprised without player talent in mind, therefore fundamentals are all on a level playing field. Nobody said overcoming bad matches was impossible, but were not discussing that. We're discussing the characters without the players.

Annnnnnnnnnnnnnd even with the best fundamentals in the world, some matches are unwinnable at the highest level. Like it or not.

Also, i agree with cyrax on this list. Fact of the matter is every character can avoid nets. And since this is, in fact, a tier list, and not a who is winning right now list, his damage shouldn't mean auto top placement.
Just my opinion though.

no some matches are not unwinnable, hence the matchup not being 10-0
