Check the forum you are posting in. If you are not going to argue productively in this thread on either side, I will delete all further posts you make here. The fact that you think smoke resets are boring to use has 0 bearing on the issue of Smoke's Shake Glitch.
Well you attacked me, took it on a personal level and I'm making fun of you for taking the game so seriously.
I already made a valid argument but let me back it up.
This is my personal opinion, I'm not NRS personnel and my say has no decisive factor in the outcome of this thread, but at the same time I am entitled to my opinion just as much as the next man. The fact that I solely play a supposedly "fish tier" character and making the best of her will speak volumes of how seriously I am taking the entire game and how much I care about winning at any cost over playing the character that I enjoy the personality of. For this reason my point of view is also a sentimental one, something that many can argue and will argue on the same level as they would argue me considering the use of invincibility bug and anything else granting unintended advantage in the game, as something to be banned.
0. I already consider resets without a proper counter system, to be broken. Being able to deal over 50% damage to the opponent by landing a single hit and then maintaining the juggle with the current breaker system only allowing a breaker with two bars active, is absurd, lame, and makes this game so many levels lower in quality of development.
1. This bug or glitch or whatever you want to call it, grants Smoke an opportunity to sell the reset.
2. Whereas his reset is a legitimate tool, no matter how lame, it is part of the game and its system as intended while the above bug is clearly not.
3. In games where there is live development and constant update going on, such an issue would be fixed overnight. Unfortunately the prehistoric update policy of the console industry makes this difficult or supposedly impossible in any foreseeable future.
4. It is a matter of good sportsmanship not to use a glitch that grants you leverage to render your opponent helpless by any method which was not intended to be a part of the gaming system. This is exploiting and exploiting is frowned upon by any gaming community worth its salt.
I have been wrong about this community before, and if it is such a case, I apologise and I'll happily avoid Kabal players and applaud them while they win the game using the invincibility glitch.
EDIT: Also as I have no reason to sow discord or hate on anybody over T3h Int4rwebz for how they think and what they think about a computer game, I will take a step back after casting my vote on the thread's question.
No, it shouldn't be unbanned.
