Do 2,3~DB4 instead of 3~DB4, to hit that, you have to dash a little before the 4~BF1 and another dash before 2,3
So the rule of thumb after nomad dash is ff~4~BF1AMP, ff~23~DB4? Unless they’re in the air right?

Seems like a lot of work for an extra few points of damage... :( Meanwhile 111~bf3, f3~db4AMP does like 255 lol

I’ll ask you to keep labbing. Vary the timing of the micro dashes until you figure out what works. Took me about a week to be able to do it consistently online
The micro dashes are working for me though, my problem is that 11-AMP buzzsaw wont combo, nor does any other starter like b12, f22 etc. Watching the combo counter always counts 2 hits then a restarted combo.

B1,2 dose, F2,2 doesn't also 22 works and leads to his best midscreen combo I believe. 22~B,F1 AMP, 23~ ND, F3~DB4/DB3
 
I'm not convinced. He seems to have to work so hard for relatively little. His nomad dash isn't as effective as sub zero's freeze for instance. You have very little time to capitalise on it and if it whiffs you are in big trouble. He has no real synergy with his movesets. Perhaps if NRS got of their arses and fixed the variation system he might be better.
 
How does he have no synergy what
he has moves, they are largely independent. Other characters have moves that build on each other. Example, teleport punch, You can combo off and into it and include other moves. Spear as well. Here he has spin or dash. Dash is obviously better

How you do the second dash and not drop it?
Instead of d1 I do 4 amp bf1 dash 1 dash 23db3, I can do it quite consistent that way

Hmm..that means it's not a true blockstring, which means there might be others. Nice catch.
Interesting enough this works with db4 kb if they try to reversal after 22, 1 and 11 as well. Doesn’t happen too often but when your opponent tends to reversal more than once this actually can work

Kabal’s fatality input is bfdf3 in mid distance right? Why can’t I seem to get it? Am I doing something wrong? I either get f3 or just 3

Slight gas actually makes him a really strong zoner I feel. The constant threat of him coming in with a big ass jump and his long j.2, which he can activate at any time in the air while throwing air projectiles or empty jumping, is really quite scary. You can even follow up jump ins with F3 which allows you to hit confirm into a combo or go back to zoning with the push back and plus frames.

Deciding on your other ability is tricky. Counter seems like a good option to punish people for trying to close the gap with advancing moves and can win you poke wars. Low projectile seems iffy since you want to be in the air a lot and it's slow af. Hook grab is just plain more damage on combos. Low hook gives you a mixup option to send the opponent full screen. Dash cancel let's you pressure up close so he can swap between zoning and pressure at any point.

It's a really good ability.

I don't get the point of F224 KB. It dose 211 damage, hitconfirming F22 into combo dose at least 232 without meter, so what's the point of that KB? I always feel bad using it
Average person can’t really react after inputing f22 to see if it got blocked or not so that’s when f224 kb comes in handy
 
Struggling against scorpion, feels like his worst matchup for me.
I agree! His normals seem to start quicker he's got range & that teleport shuts down any zoning. Not to mention your NMD starts way too slow to punish any thing he does in footsie range.
