Pretty much, it was meh to begin with since his gunshot was so fast and high. But now jokers trait and a decent wakeup kill any oki/pressure/chip

I definitely struggle with it personally. Gunshot blowing up iafb so easily destroys me.
Idk i think joker does at level 1 he already takes like 40% less chip and at lvl3 he takes none it means we have to worry more about actually opening him up. Then we have a worse oki game than he does. I think it's only 6-4 but i think he wins
Not going to speak on the MU hard but his trait still has some long ass recovery. Especially for level 3, but I guess he can take that trade now if he feels like it
I still think that it'll be a viable strategy against cyborg. Even if it gets hit by a fireball or two for level 3 he'll take no chip and less damage plus he'll be able to get in on us quicker
