I think he meant the input shortcut for canceling all that into a demon quicker, which is what I was mostly looking for too (so thanks for the vids; they were helpful). In this case, appears to be:

3xP+mk
3P+mk
f+lk
hp

The first two inputs should get you the v skill parry followed by the kick, but also buffer the first two lp's of the demon so you only need the f+lk and hp after, if I understand correctly. Hope that helps, @ILuvFightGames !

Yeah that's it, but you can't do f + lk on the same frame you need a unique and unpaired fwd input or it won't come out. Pretty sure they added that so you couldn't do old Kara cancels.

You can also plink it which is faster and cancels it out of a raw parry so you don't risk getting counter hit if you do 3x punch(1frame gap) mk, fwd, lk, hp. Saves you an input.

Another useful demon setup is just using throw as an option select. If you're already in trigger and throw them on wakeup you can buffer a demon behind it very easily by just doing throwx2 so you can blow up people for using jump back os tech.

I feel like I'm just the baseline you're gonna use no matter what I get lol, maybe if I played 4,000 ranked matches like you I could claw my way to diamond but I'm fine where I'm at.

Yes akuma is an easy mode character and rank points matter. That's why Brian F is a top 10 SF player in the world. And why your guile is clearly better than everyone else's. I'm sure you'd outperform all of em in tournament play. lul.

Damn you guys play Laura too? She's was my main but I'm really ass with anyone. Anyways anyone know if after a connected ex fireball she can do st.hp then control her vskill to either land in front or in back of her opponent? I've tried a bit in training mode but I always land in front of them, I've tried to hold vskill just a bit more but ends up doing her overhead.

Thanks, I'm mostly going just to hang out with people a play some games. I really don't expect to do well. Can't wait for I2 because this game is going to give me anxiety disorder.

But yeah, you should watch the tournament. Some really good players will be there and they don't get as much exposure as they should.

ggs lul um youre too afraid of laura in neutral and give up tons of space you should try to hold your ground more. instead of jumping when fireball is out you should mash out low pokes to cacth her advancing
