However hard he's gonna have to work, he will still dominate. I'll take SonicFox over the field in every tournament if you wanna get some side bets going.

Not only do I expect to see sonic and many top tier players from before, I expect to see many new faces. I can also safely say that faces we've seen before will come back better and stronger.

He couldn't even dominate a random player on his stream that beat him 20-1 with the random player actrocitus. Sonic fox was using pre patch super girl.

In my opinion I don't think he will be winning esl just by that showing. I could be wrong. Injustice and mkx are two complete different games.

After playing the i2 beta and playing some of the mkx newcomers I realized how neutral heavy the game is. It plays like a weird mix of mk9 and injustice 1. I was able to beat a lot of players on that alone. So I think if mkx was their first game they'll struggle a lot with the pace and spacing of this game. Who knows though, I'm more excited to see more new players

Your opinion is very flawed. You are judging based on a BETA with no practice mode. Do not allow wishful thinking to invade your reason.

Think before you respond to me. Both had equal playing ground because both players didn't even have a practice room to practice in. So my opinion isn't flawed it 's base off of facts and what I can prove.


So both players had equal playing field. Simple As that

So after that happen I formed a strong opinion that isn't flawed at all

Sonic fox got outplayed with equal playing field

Choice A doesn't exist, so scratch that off.

Choice B makes no sense since if those players are still playing MK9, they're not playing anything else and curse everything else that Netherrealm has made. Forever stuck in the past where they belong.

Choice C up to a certain extent...like the people that actually went to tournaments and not the online warriors. Voted here.

Choice D I predict that these players will have a rude awakening and will struggle. Try playing a game without relying on 50-50's.

Choice E doesn't exist yet. No explanation needed.

Choice F is a copout option. I shouldn't have to explain this either.

He's not breaking any serious rules, but it's clear that he's oblivious to what is going on. He's probably only ever played MKX and thinks that it's the only game where you have to guess lol.

IMO the *top* MKX players have great fundamentals and won't struggle at all. For example, I think it's hard to watch Dragon and not conclude that he has some of the best fundamentals across all NRS games.

I agree the random low/mid level players who started with MKX will struggle though. Moreso than other games you can probably get to a mediocre level in MKX without fighting game fundamentals. Getting to the top is a different story though.
