It's all so very confusing.
Screw buttons, get one of those dance mats for the Nintendo and spray paint your design on it.. the future of competitive fighting game play is literally footsies.

ALL I HAVE IS THE GREEN.

If any of you are interested and feeling generous, I'd love a list of Rashids S2 'must know' stuff.. BnBs, block/pressure strings, any info you'd like to pass along.. =]

I'll return the favor by teaching you the secret to footsies.
Rashid has a ton of combos and block pressure strings. I'll just give you something to get started.

j.MK, st.MP, cr.MK, LP Spinning Mixer

This is a good meterless combo that doubles as block pressure that you can confirm into a combo. If you see they blocked, it's better to end with MK whirlwind shot because it has more pushback but now it's only -2 in S2.

As for block strings, he has a lot of options. A good one to know is st.LK, st.MP, cr.LK, st.MK.

The mixup here is after LK you can tick throw or if they tech you might get a counter hit MP, which leads into a nice combo (ch. MP, st.HP, HK Eagle Spike). Other block strings are:

st.LK, cr.LP, cr.LK
st.LK, st.LK, st.MP
cr.LK, cr.LK, cr.LK
cr.LP, cr.LP, cr.LP
st.LK, st.LP, st.MP
cr.MP, st.LK, st. MP, cr.LK

His new (Midscreen) Crush Counter combo in S2 is st.HK (CC), f.MP (1 hit), MK whirlwind shot, EX Eagle Spike, HP spinning mixer.

I'm thinking about going with this. Also, where would one get purple shadaloo skulls? Is that even a thing?

You could probably find a custom sticker site or something, http://www.stickeryou.com/2/products/custom-stickers/335/ popped up in a quick google search. I googled 'Purple Shadaloo Skill' and a ton of stuff popped up. You could probably find and edit an image to your liking then go through a custom sticker site for the rest.

I also think some print labs offer sticker paper, like possibly Walgreens? I dont know. I know Ive seen the option when ordering digital prints somewhere.

As to affixing it to the button, you'd have to buy clear buttons Id say, then affix the sticker to the inside somehow., Which could be an issue depending on how the buttons were designed.. a normal sticker is sticky on the BACK, and you might need one thats sticky on the FRONT, I dont know.

I found that as a tutorial for adding artwork to buttons.. Hopefully it helps.

I'll definitely look into that later. Thanks man. Hopefully it's not too difficult.
