I agree with everything in the grand expression but the area of Sonic Fox getting legitimate props as champion = NO WAY. No player can main such a overpowered and broken character that has so many options, mixups and safe moves and expect to be looked upon with respect for his/her gameplay skills. Batgirl is the reason why Sonic Fox wins period. If he was such a great player let him pickup a character like Batman and see if he would win any tournament at all. Sonic Fox has no superior legitimate skills, its 75% character advantage and 25% player skill. Bottom line. Batgirl should have been banned from all major tournaments.

If it's 75% character advantage and 25% player skill, why are no other Batgirl players doing what Fox is doing? That's a pretty fucking stupid statement, you know.

Part of a Batgirl players advantage is the constant fear of having your moves get outbeat, your wakeups killed and punished, your specials wiffed, environmental objects smoke bombed escaped. That character has way too many options even on wakeup attacks. How the hell is NRS going to give Batman (the star of the damn game) two of the useless wakeup attacks in the game! A brutally predictable and punishable slide, and an extremely risky wakeup Parry! Why didn't they give him a cartwheel wakeup that can hit overhead and low? Why didn't they make his Dark Avenger move a wakeup attack? This is what I'm talking about, he has only two shitty wakeup attacks. How many wakeup attacks does Batgirl have = like what, eight!!!!!
I'm utterly disgusted with NRS and Injustice. This new game they better give Scorpion the moveset and tools to compete against characters like Kitana, Mileena, and Kung Lao.

Yeah because they stopped traveling to a tournament that allowed the use of a broken and cheating character that gave a player illegitimate wins.

No clue. But whoever it is comes and goes randomly. "She" shows up, posts stupid stuff, disappears after catching heat for it, comes back, does it again, rinse and repeat ad infinitum.

It's the constant threat of the unseen teleport that increases the fear and stress when fighting Batgirl, outside of her other trapping ridiculous moves.

I know the stress and fear it causes, very aware of it. It's just that its honestly depends on what the character can do to counteract it. MMH has a teleport of his own, DD has his metoer smash, GA has the sky alert move. All of those moves more or less stop it, it also honestly depends on how you deal with that stress. Not promoting anything here, but some of GA's tool's can stop Batgirl. His Savage Blast beats out her cartwheel and footsies and she can't get in for free without chip unless she uses the teleport, which I can punish on reaction with Sky alert. If she zones, I can just duck and (to some degree) counterzone.

The only thing that prevents everything for me is the bola and my reload time, it is very hard for GA to change the momentum of the zoning war because of the absurd block stun that bola carries it forces you to jump which brings out the smoke bomb. It's not impossible but difficult to deal with (I have to be cautious always and whenever).

It's not as risky on the ground as it is in the air as characters like Superman and Zod can control the air without and outzone certain characters.

Because people in this community are not very bright. The game is obviously dead. The vast majority of very good players quit playing the game many months ago.

Also, Sonic Fox is evidently an amazing player, but he receives more credit than he deserves because this community is obsessed with the "neutral game". The propaganda has been initiated and the impression is that Batgirl has a difficult "neutral game". Even if your character is broken, this community praises you as long as your character plays the "neutral game". If your character is broken and circumvents the "neutral game", you are not really a very good player as you are abusing a broken character.

To bring this back to Box's very first assertion - I think you'd have to consult a lot of people who aren't here to have the discussion about what "killed" Injustice (it's important to define what that actually means, too). I stopped playing it in late 2013; I stopped having fun. I'm only back on this site because I'm gearing up for MKX, it's possible many Injustice players are simply out of the community altogether. Did Batgirl drive them off? I dunno. How would you tell? I never liked her, but I wouldn't have classified fighting her as any one factor above a host of others.

1. Everybody needs to actually learn neutral if you wanna deal with Batgirl. @GGA 16 Bit has beaten me before for outplaying neutral. Its not my fault everybody doesnt know how to deal with Batgirl.

Dont know who you are. Honestly dont care either but, you have such false information about Batgirl killing the game, it makes no sense. Your talking about "its the character" which is never true in a fighting game period. Then you go on to talk about things you dont know such as "he would never do this with ____ ______ or _______ ." which makes absolutely no sense. Thats like me saying 16 bit wouldnt be good at this game without Catwoman which is completely untrue. Its not my fault everybody's neutral is so bad to deal with mine which is what is letting me get my vortex to even begin with. My main is Batgirl. Ill faithfully use her in all tournament situations. If you actually think I can only use Batgirl, watch how fast I 30-0 you with the entire cast.

Your right I was. I was wrong and have been since I first made that claim. She has a really good neutral game. But dont talk about Neutal when your character negates the neutral game then talk about oh how BG is stupid. Im sorry that batgirl doesnt let you mindlessly shoot at her across the screen. But even pig had a completely different gameplan against BG during evo so learn to adapt to it. When i teleport, its normally on a read. But you couldve just baited it and took 30-50%. But if you didnt then oh well hold this 50/50 hope your psychologicsl game is better than mine
