then why alternate between b2u3 or b2d3? Why not just use B2D3 all the time? It's a better mix-up string, it's +32 on hit, and it still leads to a full combo. Unless the damage you get off B2U3 is EXCEPTIONALLY larger than the damage you get from B2D3, I don't see why anyone would use B2U3 over B2D3.

For one this is good knowledge because in some match up like Aquaman the vortex is kinda useless u need damage not gimmicks but its just food for thought

Because B2U3 is a launcher while B2D3 needs to be canceled into Redemption MB which can be interrupted.
