I can see how mechanical bats could punish some of this, BUT...

I'm looking at the data and it says B12 is -2. It wouldn't surprise me if the in-game data is wrong, of course.
B2d3 is -6, so I can see how that would be punishable, but wouldn't that be a just-frame punish?

There may, however, be some kind of gap in B2u3 and b2d3. Lex is on Corps Charge reversal and keeps trying to charge when the second hits come out.

However, you can block Charge after b12 every time.

After checking this out, it seems Batgirl has different frame-data on B2U3/D3 depending on distance.
If it's done right next to the opponent, she is safe however there is hole between B2 and U3/D3(can be supered or backdashed, backdash cannot punish it).
If it's done at max distance, there is no hole between B2U3/D3 but she is unsafe on B2U3 while still being safe on B2D3.
