I aim to empower and inspire as many people as I can reach on the importance of physical fitness, good nutrition and mental well- being. I want to use my voice to help raise awareness of the connection between mental health and living a healthy lifestyle.
I am so grateful to be an example. Starting out as a struggling single mother, I realized the importance of staying true to myself for the betterment of my son.
I am now recently married to my Prince Charming, a new home owner, a full time group fitness instructor and yoga teacher and mother of a wonderful boy! I believe anything is possible with faith & perseverance!
