I don't know man, I hope not. With such a large roster, I hope at least a third of the characters are female. Wishful thinking, I know.

We don't know if it's that large it is just larger than the first which had 24 on disc, so it could just have 25.
Pretty sure the last two will be Canary and Ivy, would prefer Enchantress and Katana though.
As long it's not another returning character I'll be good.

I mean there are plenty of females to use, I don't see why they wouldn't add them. Not even sure why they'd consider a ratio at all, like how does that make sense? As long as they're popular or interesting to play as I don't get why a ratio would matter. A few females I can think of that would make good choices are:

- Harley Quinn
- Poison Ivy
- Star Sapphire
- Starfire
- Raven
- Catwoman
- Hawkgirl

I think 8 is okay but just sucks you have to wait months for the 2 dlc. MKX only got 7.

She's definitely coming back, people loved playing as her and she's a huge name. The rest I would be surprised to see any returning, especially Frost with Cold being confirmed.

I'm all for the new gear system it's something never done yet in a fighter til now, I have a feeling the customizations will be insanely deep, aesthetic wise I hope it's something similar to MKA but 10x better, you know? I literally want to make my Flash or Superman or Batman whoever look EXACTLY how I envision it. MKA was good for a fighting game(not counting WWE games as they're not fighters, but sports entertainment genre) but I do think the game needs a customization similar to those types of games and hopefully surpasses it even.

The gameplay element is cool, I think it'll be balanced because they said you'll have to CHOOSE if you want more speed, strength, defense, armor etc, etc you can't have all obviously then would be broken. With the patches, quick fixes now I have faith in NRS and am not worried. I mean just look at the past 3 fighters from them...some would say they nerfed people TOO much so I'm not concerned with the "omg this will be broken!!" skeptics, no it won't. Especially when we haven't seen shit yet as in minutes of gameplay.
