That was my thinking as well. The TV's tend to be gone pretty quickly (either set with a bomb by spamstroke or thrown by me), but the respawning flower is pretty awesome.

Otherwise I was thinking grand hall with the teleporter.

Grand hall is kindve a neutral stage the interactables there are kinda shit other than the engine thing that tracks really hard when thrown by a power character.

Generally if youre a power character your best stage is arkham
if youre acrobatic or tech alley is really good
If youre a zoner go Ferris Airfield or watchtower (This is only if you have no dignity at all)

you can only use the teleporter from the corner I believe so it only really gets you out of corner pressure I played the game for about two years I never considered grand hall as advantage for any particular character. but if you just want a stage where they cant constantly chuck shit at you like on watchtower its not a bad choice you could also go to Menagerie as that stage has probably the worst interactables in the game.
