While everyone is experimenting with d2 after ex low toss I found it hard to get consistently but at least in the corner you can get 50% off a s4 punish super easy without having execution problems


this combo is seriously super easy to do consistently. you don't have to do multiple d1's and no specific timing or placing is required to continue after d2. i dunno if anything better has been found already but that's what I stick with now.

with b121 as a starter you get 46% btw.

  • May not be optimal in Ruthless. Easier the further away you are and the later you NJP.

ex BF2 ~ D2 ~ Run ~ F2 ~ F3 ~ 4 xx BF4 = 36%
ex BF2 ~ D2 ~ Run ~ F2 ~ 4 xx BF4 = 35% (easier)
  • From about 2 steps closer than fullscreen.

Hello. This is my first post on TYM. I've been a Quan Chi and Ermac main for many months now and for the past month I've been struggling to find another character that I would like to play. Before I started playing with F/T I didn't give the character any credit but myou views towards the character has changed tremendously once I tried them out.

Right now im trying to find the highest damaging combos that are reliable.

can't give you all of them. But I'll talk about Ruthless if someone else wants to cover the other two. These combos won't be optimal, but they are reliable which is what you're looking for.

meterless - depends, do you have all three stacks? if not. b121xxPnG(dd1) rc f2 njp f3 4xxPng for mid 30s% (i think), and gives you enough advantage to get a third PnG out for free (great way to bait wakeups). if you have two or three stacks already then change the end to 4xxdbf1 for (base damage) 39% (you can do a 1,1 in between the f3 and 4 for an extra 2%, but its a tight link). Easiest 1 bar combo (imo) is b121xxPnG rc f2, f3, 2f4xxEXbf2, njp, b121xxdbf1 for 44%. There are a few more damaging ones but this one's the easiest for me. After two stacks almost any decent combo will hit the mid 30s to low 40s meterless so damage really isn't a concern after one of the three stack set ups.

you can do a lot off things off of b121. its +26 on hit meaning it guarantees a 50/50 (in R/V), so if you want to on hit you can move in a little bit and go for a 50/50, but in Ruthless you've got the PnG run cancels that help with hit confirming so the 50/50s aren't as beneficial as extending your combo+damage boost. The above combos are close to optimal and easy to land. But i encourage you to dig into it and see if you can come up wit your own, could be something we've never seen before!

If you're starting f2 with ferra then your options are a bit limited as our regular njp is too slow to catch them on the way over. f2, f3,11, 4xxdbf1 might be the best but i can't say for sure, there's not a whole lot of f2 in neutral in Ruthless. b2 seems to have gotten a damage nerf, but you can hit mid 30s with it; b232+4, run, f3, f2, 4xxdbf1 is somewhere near 32-35% If I'm mid screen its b232+4 run, f4, run, b121xxdbf1 as it has better corner carry than f3, but its only 27%.

If you haven't seen the pattern yet. NJP combo; njp, f3, f2, (11), 4xxdbf1. depending on how far away the njp hits you might want to switch f3 and f2.

as far as aa goes I keep it real simple as i hardly ever land aa's. d1, f2, f3, 4xxdbf1 is probably the easiest/best, but catching them with the f2 can be iffy. Usually I just go for d1 b121xxdbf1. If you ever want to switch sides but don't think you can land the f2 end with bf3.

Some of these combos aren't max damage but they're the most consistent in my experience. Some of these are also HARD (especially lackey combos) but I assure you with practice you'll be able to get them down and that extra damage really pays off

HOWEVER s4pngc xx jip2 is super easy and consistent and it allows you to do BIG damage for a punisher. you can probably squeeze more damage out of it but that's what I found the last 20 minutes.

HOWEVER s4pngc xx jip2 is super easy and consistent and it allows you to do BIG damage for a punisher. you can probably squeeze more damage out of it but that's what I found the last 20 minutes.

When I tried it the command grab whiffed for some reason after d1. Trying to get it to work somehow
Yea it's a little tricky with the spacing, works best when the f2 connects at max range I think.

Holy shit dude that's amazing, can you do the jump in deep and force them to block and continue raking pressure?

Do you mean to connect the jip 2 and wait and then block pressure or doing the jip2 late enough that it won't connect but they're forced to block? It definitely works with the first way your jip2 has a hitadvantage of 49 which is enough for ferra to come back and do b121 without leaving a gap
