Cryomancer Sub can combo 2+4+polar puncture anywhere on the screen female only:
2+4+pp+icehammer =19% anywhere on screen female only.
Max polar puncture damage for one bar in the corner:
pp+ ex icehammer--b2--b2--d1+1+1+1+pp+icehammer = 32%

As GM, what strings can I do to be safe on block? I mean like I know I can't do b33~ice ball because I'll get punished but can I do b33~db1? Or what specials can I cancel into from what strings that would be safe on block?

123 (This is tricky, because it needs a certain distance to get frozen after the 3)

For the most part any string cancellable should just be cancelled into ice clone as not much can punish it. If you're against someone that can punish clone, cancel into db1, iirc its like -5 or something with a ridiculous amount of pushback. The main things you'd wanna cancel with is b33, f33, b12, 123, f42 and d4. Against characters who can blow up clone, use db1 more to blow them up, and even against people who can't, it is a very useful tool, as you can disrespect a lot against characters with no mids.

cancels into clone? Safe? lmao.

F4 into clone is probably the best safe option against 2 hit armor wake ups; lab it though and it honestly depends on the match up you are playing.

Νο, he got a point there. Most of them will surely try to punish you, so you want to do ice klone. They then will supress themselves to try attacking you. Therefore, any string need to be cancelled into ik.

F4 into Ice Clone is good enough to block an EX 2 hit armor Reptile Slide and Scorpion Sweep. The other D1, D3, D4, B1, B3 and etc are punishable when you clone after.

The only punishable is B2. The others are just to poke or break the barrier before they fall upon the klone. You can, also, F42xxice Klone. Helps to create some distance. I use that against weapon variations.

I'm just saying in regards to armor; it's like the go to thing when in the jail position. Clone cancels mid screen can only do so much against say Kenshi or Takeda.

Other clone cancels can be interrupted because there is a gap befor the clone , anything into iceburst can be armored too if there is a gap into the special cancel. There was some changes in the last patch to the cancel advantage of the 123 string so it may not have a gap but I haven't tested that. F4 is the only special cancel string that is a true block string into clone and iceburst , pre patch anyway

I think d4 ex Ice ball is a good tech for Cryomancer. That will ensure them to eat tick trhows. Also for Unbreakable to help to set aura if you have meter.

A good tech, indeed, but negative, if someone blocks.

Cryo can compensate the loss of Aura and Ice Klone with the EX Hammer.

Around all variations of Sub Zero, there are a lot of options using D4. Those are:

D4xxIce Klone
D4xxEX Ice Hammer
D4xxAura/EX Aura
D4xxSlide/Icy Slide (its input is the same as the Polar Puncture)
D4xxRUN, Throw
D4xxEX Iceball
D4xxBurst/Frost Bomb (used it in the corner game)
D4xxPP (If block)

That's all of them. The riskiest for me would be the "RUN, Throw", the "Slide/Icy Slide" and the "EX Iceball", and this is why I use them rarely.
