Guile is a extremely well made character. I also agree he's super strong and in my opinion he's top 3.
You don't think guile's top 3? I definitely think he is. Guile is the best zoner plus has the best projectile, reversal, and plays good rushdown too. But I know there's a few characters that can take top 3, menat and akuma would be my other two. Do you think he's top 5?

I don't think so, but he's fairly new to the game still. I think we'll see more of him, G and Sagat as time goes on.

Its better to make all characters busted at fuck, then balance. And its fun as hell that way! But who do you think the next character will be?
What I've heard going around is the Kira (?) leaks that rose, c.viper and others will be dlc. Don't know much about any of them but still excited to see them and try them out.
