Karin is God tier if we're talking strictly jn terms of highest level gameplay. Just one bar grants her a direct answer or punish for so many different kinds of situations. You can rely on her pressure and offense alone and still win, but that's only utilizing half of her potential. She's so effective it's why I call her my precious perfect beautiful angel from heaven, but everyone knows she A.I.N.T free.

I'm definitely not the most qualified to make tier lists, and don't know out of those what position they're on but from what I've read and seen the worst has to be Sakura, while the best has to be G.
