I bought a ps4 today and KOF. I think I'm stepping away from SFv for a while. I'll come back eventually, once they start getting thier collective shit together.

Those characters don't play similar at all. I'm not sure what you're going for lol.
Command dash/jump movement like Guy. Street ninja like attacks with some form of psycho power enhancements like decapre. Maybe something along the lines of Raven in Tekken.

No way he has that. At most his movement options will contain a teleport. Doesn't make sense character wise. I'm guessing he's trained/raised by boxer. I want to say he gets ducking but idk. It'd be dope if he got steve inspired movelist and got some stance moves and target combos.
Boxer rescued him from S.I.N. labs but i don't think Boxer trained him. I suspect he'll have some punches and kicks just like any fighter. I don't think he'll be a pure boxer.
Because it's punishable on reaction and costs a bar? I mean of all things akuma has that's a weird one to complain about.

I honestly think the patch is going to be much deeper than what was initially posted by them. I think they're giving every character a change somehow.
Ummm, not really. Whiff punish is something you do after you see a move whiff. What you did there was more like a frame trap or just making sweep safe by cancelling it into v-trigger. It's not really something I'd recommend with Cammy though. Better to use her c.HP or st.HP cacelled into v-trigger from a range where it will combo into drill for big damage. If you use cr.HP at a certain range, it will only catch buttons they stick out and then you confirm into v-trigger cancel.
