Is it more reliable than uppercut against a straight jump in? Ive never tried to use b1 as an antiair
only against jump punches, if you find an opponent jump kicking you all the time, then you have to trip guard with ex teleport, or jumpback3 on close ranges.

Man, I really hate doing 1 bar combos online now after the nerfs. Offline is alright, but the 123 in 214 tele, 123 ex tele has issues online on a lot of fronts...pretty annoying tbh.

This ^
plus if you use inferno the timing on 214, tele, 21 low demon is much tighter now and if its not just right the demon will whiff.

But I can't lie...I am freaking loving ninjitsu.

Its weird though about the 123 being a pain online because it is literally the easiest thing to time in the world offline

When you're using Fire Ball from close range on a blocking & ducking opponent with a low block model/small hitbox (e.g. Sub-Zero) the Fire Ball will go flying over their head instead of hitting them.
A video to demonstrate this issue:

The testing was done after the balance patch of last week (2015-06-23).
I've extensively tested this issue on Hellfire Scorpion, but other characters (e.g. Goro) have similar issues with their high projectiles.

Letting fireball rip at close range is not recommended. Whether it whiffs on crouch block or not.

f3 is the only thing that gives a full combo after a blocked d2. But that's only if it is blocked standing because if it's blocked crouching it has too much pushback and you can only get a bf4. It also doesn't consistently punish weapon-based uppercuts like Kung Lao or Cryo Sub-Zero when blocked at tip range.

That, plus the fact that you can't buffer it, makes it hard to rely on...Wait, whose side am I on!?

Oh well. bf4 is bufferable and a consistent punish. I'll stick with that.
Reversal Takedown is really good. Probably the best use for the move.

I'm referring to F3 as a trip guard punish. It's basically punishing a whiffed jumping normal on its recovery.

As for my own thoughts, anyone find something from Ninjutsu to justify its use over Inferno and Hellfire yet? Extra long pokes are great and all but I feel like I'm sorely missing the damage Inferno so lovingly provides whenever I switch variations.
Personally, I feel like I have more moves, which branches out into other things, with Ninjutsu. I feel like the sacrifice from damage to additional moves and more options is a better choice.

Was messing a bit in the lab and realised you can start running after you almost ended your dash, that way, Hellfire player can save some stamina, and do b3 fbrc into full combo from fullscreen. And if you use simple run from the start you will not have enough stamina to continue your b3 with full combo.
Maybe it's a common knowledge but i wanted to share if it's not.

I dunno if im the only one but sometimes i hit db3 and it does mg and the other way around too... Its really annoying and online it happens more often. I have all controler settings thing on off

your soe will BERRN
What do u mean ? I tried uploading a video to show you guys but playstation wont let me for some reason...
Negative edge in the control settings. Basically, when you release buttons it has the same effect as pressing the button again. So if you were, for example, doing 214xxTP, you might accidentally get 214xxdb4 because you let go of 4 too late.
