She's still got her b121 string and tantrum stance, so at the very least you can learn her spacing. Honestly, I expect mostly positive changes for her frame data. Her d1 and b2 were pretty good, but most everything else was too slow or had so much pushback you didn't actually get a follow up, despite the plusframes.
Unfortunately I wasn't really playing fighters seriously when Injustice was alive, like I had the game but I still only played casually so I really know nothing about how she played when talking from a competitive/balance pov lol
