1. Tempest - Kung Lao:
Clearly destroys almost the entire cast. The next nerf has to be careful as it could completely ruin him.
FIX:
Basic damage scaling on Hat spin combos.
MB Hat spin once orbiting begins should either be high, or once the opponent blocks or gets hit, the hat should have a significant cool down before another one spawns.
2. Summoner - Quan Chi:
50/50 Hard to block-ables doesn't promote good play, literally anyone can do, requires absolutely no skill or understanding of a fighting game. I could teach my 10year old nephew how to do this. It isn't fighting, and I've yet to see a Quan Chi player consistently block it themselves, ironically.
FIX: Shouldn't be able to summon a bat while opponent is tranced.
3. Dragon's Fire - Liu Kang:
Between B2 being 9 frames mid, armouring breaking, combined with his plus on block MB Fly kick, means it really is only a matter of time before you get hit and never really get out.
FIX: MB Fly kick shouldn't be plus on block. And until back dashes are buffed/fixed/made useful for more than 4 members of the cast, no poke should be -1 or 0 on block.
4. Tanya - Kobujitsu:
Currently, she breaks armour, builds tons of meter, has no issues getting on, and completely locks most of the cast down, except Tempest.
FIX:
Second Reka should have push back if delayed, considering that it is already unprintable by tons of the cast.
