Reason: removes brain dead endless meter building/pressure/chip

Promotes better play

2. Tanya Kobu
Must commit to delayed rekka for all or fast rekka for all
(Although b1 should be a high and not 9f i.e.: raiden, tremor, Erron)

Reason: Removes endless well of possibilities of pressure offense w little consequence

Forces better play

3. Quan Chi summoner
When summoning bat and having opponent in trance at same time the bat summon releases you but Quan is +2

Reason: keeps him plus but release the opponent further releasing insane near unblockable loops that not one person likes in the game other than Quan mains


4. Cassie Cage Hollywood
212d1+2 string is -11

Reason: gives her a string finally entire cast can punish. Oh my god she now has a consequence (can make safe w ex flip )

5. Liu Kang dragon Fire
DF cancels have adjusted frames to make not as + (currently don't have his xx frames memorized by @Derptile can help) more interested in what derptile would recommend

Reason: No one likes Kabal and no one like this crap

- Make EX Spin suck the player in on block similar to what it does on hit, making it very very easy to full combo punish for every character

2. Summoner Quan
- Make EX Rune +7

3. Bonershaper
- Make D1 8 frames instead of 6 or Less cancel frames on D4

4. Kobu Jitsu Tanyer
- Remove "delaying rekkas = less negative on block". They should be consistent. If its too big of a nerf, give her back invincible frames on her teleport (she should have them, an invisible air dash is retarded)

5. Cassie Cage Hollywood
- B212D(1+2) has less pushback on block making B212D(1+2)xxFlip Kick hit and be punishable.

I don't think anyone besides Quan Chi decides real nerfs, since Quan chi is retard-status/10

If you make his fireball cancels less plus for example f213 plus 6, then that would make his other true block strings plus 2 and all his other cancels negative. It would also mean that I can STILL have the same problem vs 6 of the cast and do unlimited pressure pretty much. If you just nerf his f213 string yet again then it will again hurt his other 2 variations. His cancels aren't the problem and totally unfair making the lk community relearn him yet again for no reason as it isn't the issue. Making his flying kick meter burn into neutral on block is a much better and sensible idea. Or maybe push back? But 0 on block much better

1. Tempest Lao
Regular hat spin is now -10 from -3

Reason: he shouldn't get to cancel in to hat spin from anything, and be safe on block or hitconfirm into a combo.

2. Summon Quan Chi
Cannot attack when using the bat (Includes jumping)

Reason: People might actually use the bat for zoning, instead of hard-to-blockables.

3. Hollywood Cassie Cage
EX Flip is now -13 instead of -12


Reason: Now people can punish it with a 12 frame normal.

4. Hish-Qu-Ten Predator
Add 10 recovery frames to all laser attacks

Reason: It's way too hard to punish something that's like -8 or whatever, it's hard to input a reversal after it every time.

5. Kobu Jutsu Tanya
EX Tonfa Throw no longer jails on any character from any string/normal

Reason: Tonfa toss wouldn't be abused as a pressure/mixup/chip tool but rather it'd be used to win trades when in a zoning war.

Only one spin Can be used in a combo. Similar to how buzzsaw cant ex spin and spin in one combo.

2.Summoner Quan Chi
5 second cooldown on bat after use. Add autoblock to db2 so he cant combo after it with a bat.

Make rekka delay way more obvious

4.Dragon Fire Liu Kang
Reduce frame advantage on cancels

Predator being #1 is interesting can u provide some insight ?

I've been using him recently and feel he still has issues

Quan Chi.

I feel like they build too much meter. Mostly Lao, adjust his meter building.

I don't feel bad against any of the rest of the cast. I feel they are pretty fair, haven't dealt with a good Tanya though.

I dont want to nerf anyone but for the sake of fun discussion, here goes.
1. Temp Lao- regular orbiting hat is -8 on block. Still safe sometimes but -3 is dumb its a fucking option select basically. Raiden cant have em lao cant.
2. Summoner quan- overall damage reduction
3. Sorcerer quan-^
4. HW cassie- ex flip kick is full combo punishable
5. Tanya kobu- b1 is a high, or if it must remain a mid it becomes 10 frames.
I want to see LK dragons fire fly kick mb 0 on block. It would keep him from totally locking you down, and it wouldnt hurt his cancels.

make low bat mid(get fucked)

add a frame or to to blocked low laser and wiffed high laser

Make the first 3 hits of 21122 high or a more logical nerf, Make overhead dropkick have little to no block stun

Since strings usually can't be nerfed in 1 variation only. I guess having the hard to blockable counted as mid window widened.

Loosen up those framez. If scorpion can't have it neither can you.

But seriously. First part of b1 being high would be dope or make it 10-11 frames. Don't think you need both at same time.
