The explosion is unblockable, it has a good pushback, good hit advantage, it does not restand on juggling combos and to trigger the explosion the opponent has to either be affected by the molotov while being under the DoT effect of Chemical Burn or either standing in the molotov and be hit by the chemical burn on hitI had a feeling Chemical Burn + Molotov would actually end up being something like that! I tested it yesterday and it seems that characters with a 9 frames d1 the 24gap1+3 (I don't how we represent gaps in a string, sorry) have to respect the whole string or it's a full combo punish if Kano has a meter. I tried with Johnny and his 7 frame d1 and it hits Kano. I'll try later if I can find a character with a 8 frame d1 to test if it hits Kano. But I tested it with my second main Sonya, and her 9 frames d1 can't interrupt the string, however, she has a 7 frames parry, so she can take advantage of the gap.24.... tick throws lol.
This means you could mixup between 241+3 that is +1 on block and launches for full combo on hit or go for 24xxLumberCheck.
The issue here is that the opponent has time to poke out between the 24 and the 241+3.

All throws and command throws can be avoided with a neutral duck (except low throws like Cheetah's and Mileena Ravenous' )I can confirm that Kano's command grab is a high, opponents can duck to avoid it during strings. But they must have quick reactions haha
Well that's unfortunate.... damn.I was wrong about the chemical burn triggering on block the explosion if the opponent was standing on a molotov, the chemical has to connect, sorry about that. BUT it has enough frame advantage to allow to combo out of the explosion in the corner.
Kano is very good imo. Knife toss and straight ball feel like S Tier specials. Straight ball is an insanely good anti air and whiff punish as you predicted.Well that's unfortunate.... damn.

Can anybody else confirm this? This isn't how high command grabs normal work in MK. This is a very simple thing to test, just set the dummy to crouch block and try raw lumbar check and also ticking it.Ah okay, opponents can also duck whilst blocking to avoid it, does that make it worse than other characters' command grabs?

I noticed that on kombat kast the air ball would land very short of the opponent if done from a low point in the jump arc.
