It's +9 point blank, 9 + travel time anywhere else. So yeah, very plus at full screen. Killer Frost is in fact so bad that she doesn't have any fundamentals to be shutdown which is why she gives Aquaman some difficulties.

Yeah, when I started reading all of this Zatanna discussion I was going to post something about iceberg being so good in the MU but I guess I don't really have to because that has been beaten to death. The startup on like all of her moves hurts her badly in this matchup and teleports can be really really dangerous...since most Frost players will be waiting for them to punish on reaction. I feel like a lot of her stuff is really cool and she has some good setups but the Zatanna player is always taking a lot more risk than the Frost player.Sadly, this is true. If she had better/faster movement, and a decent backdash (her forward dash is okay and it's flashy) she'd be viable. Not to mention, faster walk and back speed = a much more useful standing 3.
Frost is WAY too fast for her. Levitate is the only thing that prevents this MU being like 8-2 lol
Zatanna's fastest low is her Multi Kick but you can d1~slide it or jump back and j2~b1u3... I think that jumping over them works the best (press db lol) because they are NOT at advantage at all ... the only thing that truly sucks is that your buttons are randomly messed up meaning that sometimes after being hit, your 1 might be 2 or 3 or trait XD
