Mostly Full Auto, I haven't seen enough of shotgun or high tech to know a damn thing about those variations
Personally I had a rough time with Commando. It's good on some MU's but against FA Jacqui it can get tough. Cutt seems like it won't be as good for the MU as pre-patch because now she has better options and can cancel her 50/50 on block. With all the meter and rushing her down you have to do that doesn't seem like the best strat here.
Cyber felt advantage prepatch so I would stick to that. Since Cyber has such good footsie tools and harassing mid knives you can force her into mistakes and keep a good range. The usual footsie'ing and bootleg mixups work well enough. From my exp staying just outside her F1 range is ideal. She can't really do shit from that range, that far out her Kara is reactable, and her Ji's are so weak that you can B1 combo on reaction. Also backdash'ing her is easier than most since she has short range. Her specials obviously are super punishable.
Watch out for gunshots as an ender. You have to eat the chip and damage on string enders and can't punish. Also watch out for +Rockets on block frame traps. The run cancels into 12 after it are a true block string. Keep her in the neutral, don't let her get inside, anything from outside the her F1 range to 3/4 away is great range in the MU. On a D1 on hit you have to block her B2.
